Exhibitor IDs will be named after the Booth/Company Name. IDs are non-transferable. Exhibitors must wear both their Exhibitor IDs and wristbands to be allowed entry without having to present an Entrance Ticket.

Deadline to request additional IDs and settle payment is on Jun 25, 2026.

Additional Contractor ID: PHP50/piece (For use during Ingress and Egress only) Additional Exhibitor ID: PHP100/piece (w/ 1 free entrance ticket) if ordered on/before Jun 25, 2026. Otherwise, IDs will be charged PHP500 each starting on Ingress.

Notes:

Exhibitor ID holder must wear wristband to be allowed entry to the halls without an Entrance Ticket.
IDs and tickets will be available for pick-up at the TME Secretariat Booth during INGRESS (Jul 7-9, 2026).
Special arrangements to claim IDs and tickets before INGRESS must be emailed to travelmadnessexpo@gmail.com and is subject to approval.
Unclaimed IDs and tickets from Ingress will be endorsed to the Registration Booth for claiming during event hours (Jul 10-12, 2026).
Entrance ticket holders may enter the halls through the main hall entrances during event hours only.

Will the exhibitors be provided IDs?

Yes. Exhibitors have ID allocation as follows:

18 sqm Booths: 8 pcs Exhibitor IDs and Wrist Bands

9 sqm Booths: 4 pcs Exhibitor IDs and Wrist Bands

6 sqm Booths: 3 pcs Exhibitor IDs and Wrist Bands

Exhibitors may enter the loading bay area as early as 7:00AM and the designated front hall entrance as early as 7:30AM during event days for free with their Exhibitor IDS AND wrist bands.

Will exhibitors be required to submit photographs for their IDs?

No.

Will exhibitors be provided free tickets?

Yes. Please check your invoices for allocated complimentary tickets for family, friends, and co-workers.

When and where will the Exhibitor IDs, Contractor IDs, and Complimentary Entrance Tickets become available?

Exhibitor IDs, Contractor IDs, and Complimentary Tickets will be available for pick-up at the TME 2026 Secretariat Booth of SMX Convention Center Manila during Ingress. Secretariat Booth opens at 6:00AM and closes at 9:00PM daily from Jul 7-9, 2026.

Special request to claim Exhibitor IDs, Contractor IDs, and Complimentary Tickets is subject to approval. Please coordinate with the TME Secretariat as early as Jun 1, 2026 to make arrangements.

Unclaimed IDs and tickets shall be available for pick-up at the TME 2025 Registration Booth during event hours from Jul 10-12, 2026.

Will exhibitors be allowed entry with just their Exhibitor IDs?

No. Exhibitors shall be allowed entry only if they have both their wrist bands and Exhibitor IDS. Without these, an Entrance ticket shall be presented.

Entrance tickets may only be used to enter the main halls during show hours.

What is the Block 20 Vehicle Tag for?

It is used for the Queuing Area of 4-Wheeler Vehicles used for delivery. It requires a Service Form for Reserved Parking.

What is the Block 29 Vehicle Tag for?

It is used for the Queuing Area of delivery trucks with 6 wheels and above. A Truck Delivery Permit shall be filed to avail of this service.

For quick deliveries by delivery service companies such as Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, etc., do we need to provide them with Vehicle Tags?

No. These companies could deliver goods immediately. Two lanes at the loading bay shall be assigned for this service type.

How long does it take to process a POS Terminal?

Turn around time: Within 3 weeks upon receipt of complete documents (still subject for approval). Official Bank and Credit Card Partner will be announced on/before January 2026.

Do you have optional advertising packages to promote our services, product, or brand?

Yes. We have a number of Advertising Spaces and Programs you may avail on top of your booth rental. Please email travelmadnessexpo@gmail.com for this.
