TME 2024 GARDEN
One of the standout highlights of the upcoming 11th Travel Madness Expo, scheduled for July 12-14, 2024, is the introduction of the TME 2024 Garden. This innovative feature aims to help people reconnect with nature, providing a tranquil oasis amid the vibrant energy of the expo. The garden will showcase a diverse array of local and exotic plants, creating a lush, inviting environment where visitors can relax and rejuvenate. In addition to its beauty, the TME 2024 Garden will offer interactive experiences, including guided meditation sessions and sustainable gardening workshops, empowering attendees with practical knowledge to bring more greenery into their everyday lives. The TME 2024 Garden promises to be a refreshing retreat, emphasizing the importance of nature in enhancing well-being and fostering a deeper connection to the natural world.

TIEZA offers Philippine Travel Tax Payment Lane at the 11th Travel Madness Expo2024.
WHAT IS TRAVEL TAX?
The travel tax is a levy imposed by the Philippine government on individuals who are leaving the country irrespective of the place where the air ticket is issued and the form or place of payment, as provided for by Presidential Decree (PD) 1183, as amended.
Pursuant to Section 73 of Republic Act No. 9593, fifty percent (50%) of the proceeds from travel tax collections shall accrue to the TIEZA, forty percent (40%) shall accrue to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for tourism-related educational programs and courses, and ten percent (10%) shall accrue to the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA).

On April 5, 2024, the Booth Selection and Exhibitor's Briefing for Sponsors, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Theme Parks, National Tourism Offices, Local Tourism Offices, and Airlines occupying the Star and Sky Zones was held at the Ballroom C, Heritage Hotel, Manila.
Exhibits Today, graced the occasion to document the event with a special interview with Ms. Maria Paz Alberto, TME 2024 Chairperson.
Bank of the Philippine Islands, the Official Bank and Credit Card Partner, joined by Global Pay, presented its Credit Card Onboarding process. The New Exhibitor's Guidelines on Ingress and Egress was presented by Ms. Jenny Rose Syquio, Event Services Manager of SMX Convention Center Manila. TME 2024's Official Booth Contractor, MSD Godspeed, discussed the house rules, order forms, and booth guidelines. Cityneon and BeNew Designs, TME 2024's accredited special booth contractors, were also present to receive inquiries from the exhibitors.
An online Exhibitor's Briefing will be scheduled for the hotels, shops, and food concessionaires before May 2024.

Travel Madness Expo is all about LOVE. Travel Innovators, Inc., together with the Philippine IATA Travel Association and Kythe Foundation, Inc., shared love to the children with cancer at National Children's Hospital on Feb 23, 2024.
